Our high potency supplements are intended to be administered under the supervision of physicians and other qualified health professionals. We purposely disallow sales through mass marketers and chain drugstores.
How to Place an Order
Orders are accepted by phone, fax or via our website. Orders may be phoned-in on our toll-free line at 877-963-7737, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST. An automated answering machine is available for after-hours ordering. Orders may be faxed anytime to 407-418-0701. Secure orders can be placed online 24 hours a day by visiting the Products section of our website.
Same Day Shipping
Orders received by 2 pm EST are shipped that day, via UPS. Once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Our Guarantee/Return Policy
We will gladly accept any UNOPENED Products within 30 days of purchase and require preauthorization. Any claims of shortage or damage must be made within 7 days of receiving the Products. Authorized returns must be received within 14 days of authorization. All returns will be credited upon receipt and are subject to a 15% return fee and cost of shipping. Orders are shipped pre–paid by Discover, MasterCard, VISA or American Express.

Website Registration/Online Ordering
For healthcare professionals and patients new to MD Prescriptives, access to online ordering will be provided 24-48 hours after registering on our website.
MD Prescriptives offers a variety of online and printed marketing materials for use in your practice. Upon request, educational pamphlets on our quality control and manufacturing excellence are available in packets of 25 and a display holder for these pamphlets is also offered.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
